An Alabama man was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Ontario County Thursday morning at approximately 12:48 am after a complaint was made about firecrackers being thrown from the vehicle.Deputies arrested Bradley Stoner, 19, of Fairhope, Alabama for driving while intoxicated. The arrest came after deputies responded to Elizabeth Way in the Town of Farmington for the report of a vehicle with two occupants throwing firecrackers. Deputies say they located the vehicle as it was traveling northbound on Elizabeth Way and arrested Stoner. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated due to a BAC of more than .18% and was issued citations for inadequate headlight, open alcoholic container and uninspected motor vehicle. He was released and will answer the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
